She intentionally nurtured her passion for writing the entire time, and eventually left Goldman to pursue writing full-time. Her first published novel, "The Heart of the Deal," explores modern romance and coming-of-age against the backdrop of a career in finance. We chat on career change, relationships, pursuit of one's passion, and other topics.
