Dan Wubbena is a veteran in the creation of small businesses. He worked for the Small Business Administration (SBA) for over a decade. On top of that, Dan worked for Gateway Computers at the company's peak. 

He is also one of the best professors at Morningside University and devotes his time to teaching. He has impacted many young entrepreneurs, including myself, in a way of inspiration and providing wisdom.

A misconception we go over is getting legal ready before you start. Dan believes that you should start selling before you file everything to make sure you are going to be profitable. However, make sure you keep track of things so when the time comes you can become legal easier.
