From Premier Arrest to COI Release to No UK Rule

Description
The week of events from April 28th to May 5th, with the arrest of BVI Premier, Andrew Fahie to a week later, a vote of no NO CONFIDENCE in the current Govt and the stripping of the title of Premier from Andrew Fahie. In addition, the swearing in of a new Premier, Natalio Wheatley with a coalition Govt in an attempt to fend of direct UK rule in the BVI.
