A former managing editor/vice president at the Chicago Tribune, Jane Hirt has re-emerged from a prolonged sabbatical. Her first post – interim executive at a real estate investment firm as the replacement of a friend and colleague on maternity leave!

In Part 2, Jane discusses how she is managing the stress of her interim position. She shares examples of how former women executives can help women currently holding executive positions and talks about the possibility of accepting interim positions to relieve pregnant executives in the future.
