Kendra Flowers, RDH, MSDH is a seasoned clinical leader with over 20 years of experience in dental patient care, education and training, clinical operations, and compliance. She is currently the Director of Programs at Harmony Health Foundation. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Clinical Excellence at Smile America Partners, and prior to that, was the Director of Clinical Compliance Operations at Walmart Health.

Kendra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota. Her diverse career includes leadership roles at Heartland Dental, Elite Dental Partners, and Pacific Dental Services.

She is deeply passionate about advancing innovative care delivery models that address disparities in healthcare, especially among the nation’s most vulnerable populations.

Kendra is actively engaged in the profession through organizations such as the American Dental Hygienists' Association and Women in DSO.

She lives in the Greater Atlanta area with her husband of 21 years and their 3-year-old son.
