Welcome to the first episode of The Adaptable CEO. We kick off the podcast by getting to know hosts, Tiffani and Anja. In this debut episode, we unveil the compelling backstory of why this podcast was born and provide you with a glimpse of what’s to come in future episodes. We share our personal experiences navigating the challenges of our early twenties, careers, disabilities, and chronic illnesses - and how we went from strangers, to co-founders. 

Anja, a passionate disability advocate, shares insights into her life with VACTERL association, an acronym that describes a cluster of defects affecting multiple body systems, and how she has become a global ambassador for this cause. Anja candidly discusses the difficulties she has encountered within the medical system and how this has driven her purpose in her advocacy career.

Tiffani shares her personal journey on how her Lyme disease diagnosis turned her world upside down in her early twenties. She sheds light on the barriers she encountered while accessing treatment for the disease in Australia and the valuable lessons she has learned while dealing with her chronic illness.

We openly discuss the challenges we’ve confronted and the transformative path we are embarking on, channeling our experiences into purpose through various entrepreneurial endeavours.
