From Sudan to Gaza: A mother trapped between two wars

Description
A Sudanese woman, married to a Palestinian, moved to Gaza a year before the start of Israel’s war on Gaza. Since the war began, her family has been forced to flee multiple times amid drone strikes and shelling. She found temporary shelter with her children by the seaside, carrying only blankets to protect them. Cut off from most of her extended family, she struggled to stay in contact during the chaos. A fellow Sudanese national helped her reconnect and provided a small tent for shelter. Her daughter remains in Sudan, now widowed and struggling to care for two young children amid ongoing war. The mother prays for the end of the violence and hopes to be safely reunited with her daughter.
