Meet Laura and Matt Garratt, owners of Painterbros Ft. Lauderdale Franchise. It took a move from Brooklyn to Florida to find their entrepreneurial calling. Laura, an ex-beauty executive, and Matt, a pharma account executive, were ready to become a couple of entrepreneurs. With three kids and living in a new world, they decided it was time to be their own bosses. So, after massive research, they fell in love with the Painterbros franchise, and bought the Ft. Lauderdale area territory. And, as Laura says, being a veteran from the beauty business, they're simply transforming skills - going from beautifying faces to beautifying places. And, loving it.
