What to do from the moment you pull the trigger to when you take it to the processor, or the freezer for those who do it themselves. Matt is an excellent cook and shares some of his favorite cuts of meat and recipes. And they share the real reason for this season, the greatest gift ever given, God sending his son to this earth.
