Description
In this episode -
Our host, Stuart Broadley, CEO of the Energy Industries Council (EIC), welcomes Dr. Michaela Kendall, co-founder and CEO of Adelan, and one of the UK’s leading voices in hydrogen and fuel cell innovation.
Michaela shares her remarkable journey from starting a fuel cell business in the 1990s with her father, to leading a company now central to the UK’s net zero and industrial strategy. She reflects on the challenges of scaling up clean technologies, the importance of UK manufacturing, and the need for stronger policy and investment to keep British innovation at home.
