Gerard interviews Lt Col Jamie Martin - Director at Centre for Australian Army Leadership who has responsibility for delivering leadership education to all levels of command. Jamie shares some of his own unique leadership experiences commanding helicopter squadrons, co-ordinating combat operations and leading peacetime disaster relief - experiences that have also helped inform the new and novel ways that Army are now developing their leaders.
