Todays NY Mercantile Exchange futures trading showed a positive trend for November twenty-twenty-five through December twenty-twenty-six contracts, with most settling at higher prices. The April twenty-twenty-six contract reached a record high of four thousand one hundred forty-four dollars and ninety cents. Estimated sales were three hundred twenty-eight thousand one hundred fifty-five contracts, with open interest increasing by two thousand six hundred forty-eight to four hundred sixty-seven thousand four hundred ninety-three. In contrast, other contracts experienced negative changes, with estimated sales of one hundred thirty-seven thousand eight hundred fifty contracts and open interest rising by one thousand one hundred seventy to one hundred fifty-three thousand five hundred seventy-nine.
