For this episode, Dr. Noah Charney heads to Nova Gorica. Just across the Italian border is Gorizia. They’re two cities that were separated by a chalk line drawn in the middle of the night in 1947. But now, they’re united for something remarkable: the first transnational European Capital of Culture.
