The government has vowed that 9 out of 10 medical practices will be fully bulk billed by 2030, under the new Medicare scheme offering bulk billing incentives.
Senior GP, Dr. Bruce Willett, joined Carla Bignasca on 4BC Afternoons to talk about why he thinks the goal is extremely unlikely, and why he thinks GPs have very little trust in the scheme.
