Greg designed the site to speak the truth and to offer you everything he learned through education and applied science. The education was from a collection of works, and conversations with subject matter experts, The applied science was Greg doing and then to listen to his body for results. Sadly , Greg wasn’t a believer in what he read or heard. Greg developed this site to be honest as a leader, this site is all about you and your self confidence. Greg used the Gym as a metaphor, this is not body building, it is a mind body partnership. Make sure your mind is right and your body will follow. Greg did this so well, for he knew that we all die and that our Legacy will Live on Forever.
