After losing my Dad to cancer in 2016, and then my brother just 15 months later to health complications, I have first hand experience dealing with all the facets of grief. In this first of three episodes on the topic, I discuss how I grieved the loss of my Dad BEFORE he ever passed away during his battle against cancer. Listen in for my personal tips on how to function in healthy ways and how you can tell others to help you. This episode ends in a prayer for you if you are experiencing grief.
