Peter was also one of Hugo's best mates, and Maria and Hugo now share a very special bond. Although there are moments in this episode that are quite emotional, there are also some very important conversations surrounding mental health.
Maria discusses what it is like as a mother to lose a child, what she has learnt about grieving, why suicide is not the answer, and why she started the White Bear Foundation.
