This week's guest is Boxing Pretty founder and Boxing coach, Gemma Price.
Due to the Welsh 'Firebreak' gyms have been forced to close, deemed unessential by Government rule, with Gyms like Llanrumney Phoenix ABC think that the 'unessential' title isn't fair on the important work they do.
As well as providing a base for professional boxers in the Welsh capital, it provides essential teaching aids, a safe space for children and adults from all across Cardiff.
Gemma speaks about the challenges faced in reopening gym's under covid-19 restrictions, her business, Boxing Pretty and how they are essential to the community .
