Description

As we come to a close for series two of No Really, I'm Fine. Host Gemma Sherlock opens up about her battle with anxiety, depression and how she tried to take her life before being stopped by her dad.
This really honest and inspiring talk, Gemma talks about how she's dealt with anxiety growing-up, abusive relationships and watching her mother battle cancer in the last six months.
This is the final episode of series 2 but we will be returning on Mental Health Awareness Week later in the year.
