This webinar will focus on running the fusion detection analysis within QIAGEN CLC Genomics Workbench and annotating the detected fusions using curated clinical knowledge from Human Somatic Mutation Database (HSMD). Finally, the data will be uploaded to QIAGEN Clinical Insight (QCI) applications for further analysis.

You will learn:

• How fusion detection algorithms work

• To run the fusion detection template workflow

• To interpret the analysis results

• To annotate fusions with HSMD

• To upload and analyze the fusions with QCI Interpret
