Description

The topic for today's podcast is called Generational Trauma/Patterns. Regina Moesha talked about maladaptive behaviours and patterns that are passed down from parents to children then passed to children's children. She then shared a study done by the University of Zurich which is located in Switzerland. The study found that extreme traumatic events change a person but they can also impact their children, a generation or two later, through RNA strands. Regina concludes the episode by giving possible advice to identify generation trauma/patterns as well as treatments for breaking the cycle.
