Hi my loves. I missed you. I missed talking on the mic. In today’s episode I am going to be sharing what I’ve been up to & where I’ve been. The past few months have been hard for me and I have been doing my best to be there for myself and take time to feel safe within my body. My health is truly my #1 priority and I always want to come on here from an energy that feels authentic and aligned rather than forced & chaotic. I am learning new ways to be there for myself and understand how necessary the not so good days are & how they truly do lead us to something beautiful. Thank you for being here <3
