The first thing I do when I find myself swaying away from my goals is create a morning routine. The morning routine consists of performing a daily ritual of half an hour to an hour to become hyper-productive in life, day in and day out. The most successful people on the planet - Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, to name a few all have a morning routine.
