Staci has over 10 years of coaching, training, and leadership development experience. She has designed, directed, and led organizational change efforts with Coro New York Leadership Center and partnered with NYC stakeholders to advance participatory policy. Before joining Teal, she taught Principles of Management at LaGuardia and was the Director of Staff Learning and Development for Teach for America, New York. Today Staci partners with thousands of job seekers to design fulfilling careers. Staci believes in the power of community and the magic that can happen when you bring people together!
