ACA International’s Minneapolis-based compliance department is the backbone of the association and will become increasing important next year when the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s final rule updating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is released. Headed by Corporate Counsel Kari Barber, this team of industry veterans will help you understand nuances of the CFPB’s final rule or other state and federal regulatory policy issues so that you can avoid spending your time interpreting dense, confusing language.
