The VHS we found today is about Two officers who respond to a late-night dispatch from an abandoned mountain tunnel — a line that’s been dead for decades. Tails End Tunnel, a place shuttered after a string of disappearances, deaths, and whispered sightings of a shadowy figure inside.
Officers McGinty and Phillips think it’s a simple prank, but it proves to be something way more than that.
But the Horror Time doesn’t end there. After the original tale, we take you across the world to Japan, where another tunnel hides its own secrets. Inunaki Tunnel — a real-world place of vanishing roads, forbidden signs, and an urban legend that refuses to die.
In the second half, a young American college graduate, newly arrived in Japan in 1998, sets out to explore the tunnel for himself. Armed with curiosity, he descends into darkness… only to discover that some legends are best left undisturbed.
