Hello ASAP Family,

As we’ve been studying abiding together, we’re hoping that one of the takeaways for all of us is that we would be intentional about teaching and talking about abiding. If fruit is the defining mark of the believer, and abiding is the path to fruit, then we carry a great responsibility to encourage one another in our abiding.

To that end, we wanted to share a teaching tool that we use to help people pursue abiding. We have used this tool with teammates and national partners to clarify the believer’s role in abiding. The short video above outlines this simple teaching on John 15 (and 1 John 1). Feel free to adapt or, if you’re already using a good tool, to ignore this one. However it happens, we pray that you are pointing people back to the Scriptures in our pursuit of abiding.
