Fall usually comes with some schedule or life changes. I will also be making some changes in order to achieve my goal of running 6 x 50-meter wind sprints. That's going to mean adjusting my priorities and schedule, but I believe it will be worth it! Join me as I journal my ups and downs through movement, food, sleep and stress management.
