Habakkuk laments Judah’s sin and asks why a holy God would use Babylon to judge. Through five “woes,” God exposes idolatry and oppression, then anchors us with two thunderclaps: “the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD” and “the LORD is in his holy temple.” Pastor Ronald Kogo, of Cross Point Bible Church, Nakuru, Kenya, calls both City Church Melissa and the global church to trust God’s sovereign plan and join His mission so the nations see His glory in the face of Christ.
