After much prayer, she stepped out on faith, resigned from her management position, and birthed Mothers Raising Sons (MRS). Ms. Norwood received the 2019 GA Women’s Legislative Caucus Servant Leadership Yellow Rose for MRS achievements. MRS Day @ GA Capitol 3/20/19 Resolutions #428. 2024 Received President Biden Lifetime Achievement Award and metal.
