Local governance reform saw Grand Bay-Westfield expand to take in a portion of the LSD of Westfield West. Mayor Brittany Merrifield  says as town council deliberates on its 2025 budget, it's going to mean a higher tax rate for some and council is asking residents to weigh in. She speaks with host Rachel Cave.
