In this episode Rain talks about her journey of discovering gratitude, how it helped brighten up her life in unbelievable ways, and how you can do the same. Here are her words in relation to this episode. ---

I was never officially taught about gratitude but in 2020 the universe dropped a book into my life that subconsciously got me to start practicing gratitude every single day. Little by little this practice allowed more and more light to creep into my life, which was very dark at the time.

Throughout the last 2 years, the practice of intentional thankfulness has grown into a very large part of my life. It shifted my perspective from a lens of darkness and lack to a lens of abundance, love, and endless gratitude. It continued to grow so much that I went from being grateful for one only single thing in my life (sad but true!) to being grateful for EVERYTHING (no exaggeration)!! You have the power to experience the same shift. :)

Practicing gratitude is such a simple practice that can truly change your life.  You can start so small and over time it will grow itself, because it is something that brings nothing but love and light into your world. I highly recommend starting a journey of gratitude if you aren't already practicing it. Take a few minutes out of each day to tune in and be thankful for what you have. It may take some time but you will start to realise the pure abundance of what you can be grateful for.

Challenge for you:
