In this second episode of Tour de Table, Frédéric Mérand and Jennifer Welsh are joined by Bruce Jones, director and senior fellow in the Project on International Order and Strategy of the Foreign Policy program at the Brookings Institution to discuss how the Russo-Ukrainian conflict has deepened and reshaped great power rivalries between the United States, China, and Russia.
