Greece: Digital Monitoring of Goods - Implementing E-Delivery Notes on myDATA
Description
Greece is advancing its digital transformation with the introduction of a new E-Delivery system, aiming to improve transparency and efficiency in goods transportation. This system, driven by updates in tax legislation (Law 4308/2014, Decisions A.1122/2024, A.1123/2024), will be rolled out in two key phases:
Phase A (Starting December 1, 2024):
Mandatory issuance and real-time transmission of digital delivery notes (e-Delivery) via myDATA, with confirmation by recipients and reporting discrepancies within 15 days.Phase B (Starting April 1, 2025):
Full implementation of electronic monitoring for all goods in transit, with detailed, real-time updates on transport status and compliance requirements.
