Hello Everyone! My colleagues and I will be discussing why Morris and Hawkins decry the “overreach of the criminal law” regarding the enforcement of public order offenses and whether we agree or disagree with their position. And why or why not? We also will be including examples of public order crimes and discussing public order offenses as “victimless” crimes.
