In this episode I sit down with Sarah whom I was recently introduced too. Sarah was born in Brazil and moved to the US at the age of 17. However, the trials started much earlier than 17 as she explains throughout the show. Sarah really went through some very difficult and rough times but despite the challenges she faced she has found a path where she has learned how to heal herself and others through the incredible work that she does in dealing with and managing emotion. She is also very proud to be an American citizen and is extremely grateful for the opportunity she has to live here and enjoy the freedoms that we have because of those who have literally laid down their lives for us.
