Shalini Nambiar is a progressive visionary with a liberal outlook who does not stay shackled with the 

pedagogy of stereotype and conventional expectations and schemes of things that bind an educator. 

Very much with the times, she believes that education should be, essentially, child centred and 

aimed at nurturing the child and not imposing facts, figures and theories in the name of education. 

Lady Sri Ram College is her alma mater and she is IB qualified as well.

She has a rich 28+ Years of experience in Education, and has been associated with various names 

like; G.D. Goenka Public School, the Heritage School, Excelsior American School and GEMS 

Education. She also worked with the New Nordic School, Finland which helped her in gaining insight 

into the world’s best education system.
