Can we start to make some predictions about how this global pandemic might impact business, leadership and, in turn, communications? The economists are predicting a global recession.
So, clearly there will be some negative consequences for business to grapple with for some time to come, but some positives have emerged from this crisis. Communicators have been thrown into the spotlight, our leaders are showing up with more authenticity and there is new-found appreciation for those who work on the frontline of our organisations.
