Harry Chapin was not only a cinematographer, playwright, poet and a great songwriter, he was also an ardent advocate fighting what he saw as the injustices in our society. He was best known as a prolific songwriter, recording artist and performer who played up to 300 concerts a year. Over the years, Harry demonstrated an amazing personal commitment – he gave the proceeds of every other concert to organizations fighting hunger. Join me this week to hear more about the amazing work of Harry Chapin's fight to end hunger 30 years after his untimely death.
