And other times, it's like the Dan Campbell role that's involved, like the leader of men, culture.

It feels like the cowboys need to be more culture-based than schematic, this is just me from the outside.

So I have all my coaches being more culture-setters than real scheme guys.

- It feels a little bit like he's never coached in the NFL, but the number one guy to turn a place around and go from a losing organization in a relevant organization to a winning organization in a winning culture,

And I said, before the show, I was like, there has been a coach trade of an active coach since her medwards 20 years ago.

So it just, you know, Bruce Ariens was traded, John Payne was traded, but they were retired.

So it doesn't seem realistic, but the idea behind it grew, if I were the Cowboys, would I give up the 12th pick of the draft?

And so like the, so I think that's, you know, Bruce take not mine, but I just, but the more I thought about it, I think it's a smart one.
