How employees give their all and the employers treat them wrong.Also how in most states are at will meaning that your company can just fire you without any reason. There also a way you can get help when you have a company or your boss mishandling you it's called EEOC ACT. This is law in place for employees who are in hostile work environment or all types of work situations including hiring,firing,promotions, harassment,training,wages,and benefits.
This is a great helping tool for my young generation out there trying to make some form of income to pay for school things or learning some responsibility.This should be always posted in any job setting you work at and if not look in there handbook or call there corporate office.
