Description

Here's an express episode!!!


This episode I go over my routine that gets me ready to win the day. If you're part of the everyday workforce 40plus hours a week then this is definitely you. 




5 am: I get up and immediately begin positive affirmation and speak my mantras


5:05 or so I begin some breath work and mobility training for 15-20mins


5:20 /5:25- I'll make my bed, brush my teeth while having either mushroom coffee, tea, or herbs being brewed in the pot. I also normally have water before drinking anything else.




5:30-5:45- I begin journaling goals/ wants, plans, projects whatever comes to mind that needs a priority  and I enjoy my drink while doing so




6 am I shower up and get dressed however long this takes I then begin my technical study. Basically things that pique my interest I research. 


By 7:00 -7:30 am I leave for work since my job starts at 8:30 am
