27-year-old Birdie Kingston, a former Western Sydney University student, has been arrested for allegedly continuing her cyber attacks while out on bail. She is accused of sending over 109,000 fraudulent emails using the universitys email system. Kingston, who was initially charged with hacking the universitys systems and threatening to sell student data, is now facing additional charges for stealing data, injecting code into servers, and fabricating evidence. She remains in custody until her next court appearance in early 2023.
