This week is the second of our coach education and development mini series. Ben Bartlett is the Head of Academy Coaching at Fulham FC and discusses coach education in a professional football environment. Joana Foncesca is a senior lecturer at St Mary's University and talks about the journey of coaches during their studies in Higher Education. Finally, we hear from Liam McCarthy who has held several roles in coach education and development and is currently a coach developer at the Premier League as well as being a lecturer in Sports Coaching and Development at the University of Central Lancashire. Liam reflects on 15 years experience working in coach education and development.
