The Heroes sat down with Kelly from KELthandwellbeing, we dove into what drove him to create KELthandwellbeing, his experience growing up in a home where ​domestic violence was prevalent. This experience coupled with his own mental health battles enabled him to have lived experience to talk about these issues that are in society everywhere and it affects more people than you know.... 

Kelly identified common themes within his own life and professional experiences working with youth and incarcerated men which enabled him to develop a baseline of themes that he explores within KELthandwellbeing. Emotion regulation, role modelling and gender equality are themes discussed throughout the conversation with the Heroes and he uses personal stories and examples to explain it.

This is the first of its kind for the Halftime Heroes, it's raw, it's emotional and at times a little overwhelming. The Commish and Spook share with the HH Family their experiences growing up in homes where ​domestic violence was prevalent​.

Kelly works with organizations, sporting clubs and schools to educate them on these themes.
