You know which one I'm talking about... The one that ticks you off, and has you yelling at the phone.
And YES, it is different for all of us... Mine used to be "Bring me a buyer and I will pay you 3%." And I'm thinking..."If I HAD a buyer right now your house would be SOLD and we wouldn't be having this conversation..."
You know what I mean?
