Heather, Jason, and Slickhawk revisit whether the current AL West-leading Mariners really deserve to be on our bad baseball podcast and brainstorm who we should replace them with (Yankees, obviously). They recap the week for our six teams, including the Orioles/Rangers series, the O's and Pirates surprisingly decent bullpens, Matthew Boyd off to a hot start for the Tigers, and Jason attempts to be positive about the Rockies (hint: flip those arms). 

Then they're joined by Alex Plink, Texas Rangers beat writer for the Dallas Sports Fanatic. Alex gives us our weekly Rangers recap, including an update on who's got the cowboy hat. He gives his thoughts on the Rangers rebuild, new energy in the clubhouse (have ya seen Adolis García?!) and of course, Globe Life Field.

Alex then shares his story of coming out last year and his experience of being a gay man in the baseball world. Our hosts and Alex also discuss broader issues of LGBTQ+ representation in MLB, and how fans could maybe encourage the Rangers to finally hold a Pride Night.
