Today, we’re spotlighting a remarkable young author, Tyler the Reader, a 4th grader who went from learning how to read to publishing his own book—all within a single year. His journey is a powerful example of what’s possible when acknowledgment, love, engagement, and cultivation meet community. Surely this could not be possible without the ALECtion method implemented by the Real Black Excellence Intervention Program and the support of his other school teachers, parents, and many other members of the community. This episode is a celebration of literacy, mentorship, and the brilliance of our youth. You’ll want to hear how Tyler’s story unfolded!
