Description
While he started his career as a drummer in the 1970s, Andrew Dice Clay shifted gears in ’78 and launched a career in stand-up comedy.
He moved from Brooklyn to Hollywood and crafted an act that, by the late 80s, had made him the biggest name in comedy…becoming the FIRST comedian to sell out Madison Square Garden two consecutive nights!!
His non-PC act raised eyebrows and courted controversy, but he always stuck to his guns…and launched an acting career that saw him starring on his own Showtime series, and winning rave reviews for his dramatic work in the 2018 movie “A Star Is Born”.
And now he’s rolling into KC to perform three nights at the Comedy Club of KC, so we got him on the phone to catch up with this comedy legend!!
