Rev. Jim Richter is called by the Michigan District as a missionary at large to the Grand Rapids area. Pastor Jim and his wife Sara moved to Grand Rapids in 2019 and began the work of gathering a core group to help plant a Lutheran Church in northwest Grand Rapids. The Vine is the 4th church plant he has shepherded.
